Three years of Focus Forward means three years of movement, connection, laughter, encouragement and an incredible community of people who have brought this studio to life.

So this year, we’re keeping our anniversary celebration simple: we just want to celebrate YOU.

Join us after our Sunday morning class for food, drinks, a grand raffle, some fun surprises and plenty of time to hang out with instructors, friends and fellow members of the Focus Forward community.

We’ll also have our special “3 Years With You” community wall, where you can share what Focus Forward has added to your life.

The anniversary celebration is free and no RSVP is required. Come for a little while or stay for the afternoon. Friends, family and those who are simply curious about Focus Forward are welcome too.
