Our schedule includes a variety of Ongoing Classes offered Monday thru Sunday accessed through drop-in, multi-class passes or an unlimited month pass.  We also offer a la carte classes such as Limited Sessions and Learning Seminars that are accessed through separate special registration.

Class Descriptions

Energized through music, this diverse barre method will work the whole body, delivering cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility throughout the entire class. Emphasizing form-focused movement and postural alignment this class combines Pilates and dance creating a dynamic workout at the ballet barre and on the mat. This class will challenge you physically and mentally, showing you what you are capable of and leaving you feeling empowered, energized and motivated to take on life with renewed intention. This fun and energizing yoga routine will give you a rock-solid core, tone your body and improve your posture. This yoga flow boosts core strength and stability. It includes a cardio warmup that will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling invigorated. Perfect if you’re looking to enhance your athletic performance or develop a stronger core. [all levels]

This class combines functional movement, passive stretch, and deep relaxation. The first part focuses on a vinyasa flow using breath to connect physical yoga postures, allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and balance at a gentle pace. Each movement is intentional, promoting mindfulness and self-awareness. The final restorative postures will encourage physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while focusing on stillness and deep breathing. All levels, including beginners, are welcome. [all levels]

A mindful movement class based on Pilates principles of breath, concentration, control, centering and precision. Awaken your most inner muscles to move through life in a safe and balanced way. [all levels]

HILIT is a high-intensity + low-impact training that will push you to your maximum work rate, building cardiovascular endurance and burning calories, even after you’ve finished training! (aka the “after-burn effect”). In our HILIT Body Blast class you’ll build full body strength, tone muscles, and enjoy a great cardio workout without the impact on your joints. Bring water, a towel and your own set of 1 lb. ankle weights (optional) to increase the intensity! [all levels]

This mat-based class seamlessly blends the principles of Pilates to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and enhance overall body awareness. This dynamic session will guide you through a series of movements aimed at sculpting and toning your muscles while promoting alignment and balance. To further enhance this dynamic class, the instructor may choose to incorporate studio-provided equipment such as light weights, bands and foam rollers. This class is a wonderful addition to your fitness routine and works both alone and in concert with all of our other modalities. Suitable for all fitness levels, our class offers modifications to accommodate all levels, ensuring a challenging yet accessible workout. [all levels]

Pilates Groove is a fusion-style class with a base structure of Pilates blended with barre exercises, body weight strengthening, mobility, and fitness, all put to a variety of upbeat dance tunes to keep us animated and energized! It’s a great class for all levels of learners, from beginners to advanced. You will be challenged at your own pace as we exercise together towards our goals: gaining strength and toning, focused core-building, correcting posture, and improving flexibility and mobility — and we get to work on all those important aspects while grinning and grooving to our fun, group-compiled playlists! It’s bootcamp without yelling. This is an energetic, all levels strength class with a dose of cardio to maximize each moment. Working in various modalities and under a variety of formats, each class is a little different. Reps + Sets is a playful, fun, and encouraging environment, where each challenging session will push your limits and promote your confidence. [all levels]

High Yo is a music driven stretch class, inspired by yoga and created to help people fall in love with stretching. This lighthearted full body format incorporates stretching, strength and balance to improve overall health, help prevent injuries and leave you feeling amazing and ready for your day. [all levels]

UpBeat Barre combines strength training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga into a high-energy fusion of fun. It rocks popular tunes for an intense and accessible muscular-endurance workout. UpBeat Barre classes use unique, structured, to-the-beat barre choreography set to tracks developed by experts. A variety of movements are utilized that work both large and small muscle groups in functional patterns to improve overall fitness. Using these techniques, UpBeat Barre prevents strain on the joints while delivering an enthusiastic and effective workout. [all levels]

This vibrant, fluid, and intentional practice embodies an awareness of movement and energy. It is an evolution of traditional vinyasa flow, where your breath and body respond to yoga’s dance-like movements of natural grace and expression. We’ll explore safe transitions, not perfection. We’ll move slowly and trust our body’s wisdom, open mind and heart to surrender to the rhythm and cultivate a deep connection to ourselves and the music. [all levels]

This creative and dynamic class uses breath to link physical yoga postures. The sequences are focused on building strength, improving balance, and cultivating more ease in mobility and flexibility. The practice becomes a moving meditation that creates freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. [all levels]

Take a load off with this gentle, hip-focused vinyasa yoga class where sound, movement and breath combine to help you regain your focus, body awareness, and refresh your busy mind after a long week! [all levels]

Yogalates is a beautiful combination of the gentle stretch and mindfulness of yoga with the core-building strength and posture awareness of Pilates. You will leave feeling energized, calm and stretched in all the right places! [all levels]

A total body energetic dance fitness workout with fun follow-along moves set to great music! You’ll get cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a whole lot of fun in each class. [all levels]
