This year’s Friendsgiving Dance Fitness Fundraiser carries more weight than ever. With the recent government shutdown cutting off SNAP benefits, tens of thousands of Sonoma County families are suddenly facing unknown food security and impossible choices.
But we can help.
Join us for our annual Friendsgiving tradition.. a high-energy, heart-lifting dance fitness event led by your favorite instructors at Focus Forward Studio. Every dollar raised goes directly to F.I.S.H. Food Pantry of Santa Rosa, a volunteer-run organization that’s been feeding locals since 1972.
F.I.S.H. Food Pantry provides wholesome groceries and holiday meals to our neighbors in need: families, children, seniors, the disabled, and individuals doing their best to get by. They’ve seen demand already increase this fall, and our community’s support is needed now more than ever.
Together, we’ll fill the studio with music, movement, gratitude and compassion.

Twelve years ago, we learned about this small but mighty, all-volunteer organization that’s been quietly nourishing Sonoma County since 1972. Week after week, year after year, F.I.S.H. provides wholesome groceries and fresh foods to people.
Each year, our community has come together to dance, give, and help F.I.S.H. continue their vital, year-round mission of keeping our community fed, no questions asked.
Because no one should go hungry.
