Client Rewards Program
We think you’re amazing and to further express our gratitude, we’ve started a rewards program that gains you points to redeem on future purchases!
You earn points when you:
- Purchase a class, event pass or gift card — 140 pts per $1 spent
- Book ahead for class online — 1250 pts
- Refer a new client — 25,000 pts
- Enroll in monthly autopay — 140 pts per $1 spent
A few things to know:
- A new client must inform us when they come in to register that you’ve referred them in order for us to be able to credit you with the referral.
- If you book and pay for a class online, you receive points for either booking or making a purchase — not both.
- Rewards can be used via the Mindbody website. They cannot be redeemed using the Mindbody app.
- In order to redeem points during a transaction, you must have an equal to or greater than the amount of the transaction in rewards points to make a purchase.
- Rewards points cannot be used in conjunction with a discount.
- If a sale generating rewards points is returned, then the points earned are also returned. Points expire after one year. Value of one point: 0.0001
- You can view reward points totals while checking out online, or by clicking the My Info tab and selecting Account.
No need to do anything — the program is already active and you’re already set to earn points with your next class booking, referral, or purchase!
